2) Facebook Fans
3) Refer a Friend to Train Talk

1) Meet the Management Begins April 1st

We are gearing up for our annual tradition of meeting and greeting passengers through our Meet the Management program which begins on April 1st at Union Station. Meet the Management allows us to have face to face time with our passengers and the chance to answer their questions and to listen to their concerns. For a list of Meet the Management stations and dates please visit our website at www.vre.org/feedback/mtm.htm, or you can visit the events section of our new Facebook page.

Speaking of Facebook...

2) Facebook Fans

We're still working to improve our brand new Facebook page, we've added video, cartoons, pictures and events, and we want to thank the over 100 fans for signing up in less thank a week. We hope you all enjoy this less formalized method for relaying information and engaging in electronic discussion. Please visit us at www.facebook.com/pages/Virginia-Railway-Express/53836370185 to become a fan.

3) Refer a Friend to Train Talk

Communication is very important for both us and for our passengers. We have many methods of communication: Meet the Management, Station Signs and Announcements, On-Line Forums, our website and Facebook page, the VRE Update, email, our main office number 703-684-1001 and our automated service number 1-800-RIDE-VRE, etc.

But perhaps our best method for communication is through Train Talk.
Train Talk (http://traintalk.vre.org) is an easy sign-up service where we will notify you about schedule changes, possible delays and other information pertaining to VRE and its trains. E-mail messages can be sent to your mobile phone, pager, PDA, and/or personal computer.

If you are friends with riders who do not receive Train Talk, please let them know about it.

We want to keep as many riders as informed as possible.
